Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At V Display Rack, we value our customers and aim to provide a transparent and hassle free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
- Once your order has been processed, manufactured, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- For customized or made to order racks, cancellation is not allowed once production has begun.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations made within the specified time frame.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non refundable.
Replacement & Damages
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images videos.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized racks or specially fabricated products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling by the customer.
